Before Jeremy Goldstein founded his company, he was a partner at the law firm of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen, and Katz.
Jeremy Goldstein has also worked in various corporate transactions such as the acquisition of Goodrich by United Technologies, Merck/ Schering Plough Corporation, The Dow Chemical Company, Goldman Sachs and TPG/ ALLTEL Corporation, Miller Brewing Company, South African Breweries and Phillips Petroleum Company. Jeremy Goldstein is the chairman of Mergers and Acquisition Subcommittee of the American Bar Association Business Section.

Jeremy Goldstein has attained a J.D. from the University Of New York School Of Law, an M.S. in the University of Chicago. Jeremy has worked as a lawyer in business for about 15 years. Jeremy was born and raised in New Jersey. Jeremy Goldstein and his wife live in East Asheville. His wife Heather works at Van Winkle Law Firm as an attorney, and she is also an active community volunteer. Jeremy volunteers as the Chairman of Asheville Planning and Zoning Commission, and he recently completed his job on the advisory team that was studying on the uses for city-owned land in front of the U.S.A. Cellular Centre. Jeremy Goldstein has been a coach for his kids ABYSA, and he also volunteered for Junior Achievement of WNC.
